Postage and Packing
Shipping is calculated depending on the weight of your parcel. In order to be as fair as possible we have weighed all the products we offer for sale. This allows us to calculate our charges on the basis of current Royal Mail rates for First Class post, Standard Parcel delivery or international Airmail.
Our shipping rates also include a small charge to cover packaging and handling. Rates are reviewed continuously and we will clearly state any change in policy.
Delivery Times
We will despatch your order within 3 working days, so please allow 7 to 10 working days for your parcel to reach you. If in the unlikely situation that your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and ask whether or not you’d like us to cancel the order, despatch a similar alternative or wait until the item is back in stock.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
We offer a full refund or replacement on all unused goods if returned within 21 days of receipt. Please bear in mind that the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless goods were found to be faulty before delivery.
